1956-1957 - Studio BBPR (Lodovico Barbiano di Belgiojoso, Enrico Peressutti e Ernesto Nathan Rogers). E' in corso una ristrutturazione voluta dal colosso immobiliare americano Hines. ll gruppo milanese Di Falco S.r.l., specilaizzato in grandi ponteggi, ha realizzato lo spettacolare "esoscheletro" che avvolge la torre.
