Ogni tanto ho bisogno di ritornare nei luoghi della mia infanzia. Nel paese dove sono nato. La Livenza che attraversava la cittadina ma anche la sua periferia, la campagna, ha accompagnato tanti miei passi. Per andare a scuola, a piedi o in bicicletta, o bighellonare in giro con gli amici che già a 6 anni si usava: rive scivolose, da affiancare nei tragitti dei pomeriggi spensierati ma anche solitari. La nostalgia dei salici, l'albero che in me è rimasto il più fascinoso, un mistero inseparabile che filtrava i raggi del sole sdraiato sui fili d'erba nelle mattine dorate, negli autunni ancora caldi. Dopo i giochi sfrenati con mio fratello o i nostri amici, i rami caduchi sotto ai quali finivo sempre a riprendere fiato guardando curioso i mulinelli delle fresche acque regalate dalla Santissima e dal Gorgazzo. Pochi anni, solo 10, eppure il bisogno di tornarci. Un paese che non ho mai amato troppo per la sua gente, ma per le sue vie, calli e ponticelli eccome. Sacile è mia nonna Lisa, carissima mi è lei in quell'incosciente crescere quasi senza freni, una seconda casa, piena di niente se non della sua porta sempre aperta, del suo esserci sempre, dei suoi piccoli riti quotidiani, piena cioè di tutto. Così, anche senza dire niente a nessuno ci torno, solo un scappata, un tuffo in paesaggi saputi e in sentimenti mai sopiti.
