Scopo dell'immagine: esprimere la percezione dello scorrere del tempo dentro una cella; tempo che scorre in maniera diversa rispetto a ciò che sta oltre le sbarre. Scatto realizzato zoomando con un tempo sufficientemente lungo da dare il senso di "tunnel" (spazio/tempo). Sensazione del tutto personale: entrando nel campo di Dachau (purtroppo, l'unico che ho visitato sinora) tutto ciò che vedevo era in bianco e nero. Strano ma vero. Appena varcato il cancello della palazzina comando la sensazione è stata di angoscia allo stato puro. Non tanto per la scritta "Arbeit macht frei" ma proprio per un senso di stretta allo stomaco. C'erano molte persone ed era un caldissimo pomeriggio di luglio; beh, posso asserire tranquillamente che si gelava e che ci si sentiva soli. Tremendamente soli e soprattutto senza speranza. Certo, si gelava dalla paura, si gelava dal percepire ancora nell'aria un senso di morte che non mai più riscontrato dopo. Ho scattato parecchie foto, ma questa è l'unica che secondo me fornisce il senso di quel che si percepisce dentro un simile luogo. Nota da "riso amaro": ho trovato a dir poco paradossale che appena fuori dal parcheggio (gratuito -e ci mancherebbe che si facciano pure pagare...) vi è una pizzeria con la scritta, in italiano, che indica "FORNO A LEGNA". Personalmente, la trovo un pò fuori luogo.
