Ciao Andrea premetto che non sono un esperto quindi prendi il mio commento con le molle , ma l'inquadratura secondo me è un po troppo stretta, e la luce nel viso mi sembra troppo forte..

gli occhi non mi sembrano perfettamente a fuoco.

dai riflessi e dai puntini sugli occhi mi sembra che tu abbia usato il flash.... prova a usare un diffusore o orientare il flash verso l'alto
