Sul Monte Catria, durante il periodo degli amori, questo giovane daino attira la mia attenzione, stando di fronte all'appostamento per circa un'ora, facendo anche delle belle "sfilate" di fronte all'obiettivo. Dopo un po' di tempo, all'alzarsi del sole, decide di tornare nel bosco dandomi le spalle, fino a quando, ad 8-9 metri da me, si volta improvvisamente guardandomi, come per darmi un ultimo saluto.
