Il castello di Eltz, ancora oggi proprietà della stessa famiglia che vi visse dal XII secolo, 33 generazioni fa, gli Eltz. È considerato uno dei più bei castelli tedeschi, sia per la struttura che per dov'è situato, ormai ci ho fatto l'abbonamento, ad ogni stagione offre uno spettacolo unico.
