Monumento ai Caduti di tutte le guerre di Rivarolo Canavese. Il monumento di Rivarolo Canavese ( TO ) del 1969, opera dell'artista Enrico Camassi è dedicato ai caduti di tutte le guerre. Il monumento, di moderna sensibilità, trea chiaramente ispirazione dal ripudio della guerra. Scultura e lastra dedicatoria in bronzo, basamento realizzato da un unico blocco di pietra ed è presente un'asta portabandiera. Non ho ripreso la base della statua perché dal mio punto di vista c'erano diversi elementi di disturbo ed è al centro di una piazza. Alla base sono presenti dei detriti, catene, filo spinato ed altro, che simboleggiano l'orrore della guerra. L'unico simbolo è rappresentato dalla figura stessa che alza un braccio al cielo cui rivolge anche lo sguardo, come per sollevarsi dai detriti su cui siede. Nel mio taglio ho cercato di ritrarre più fedelmente possibile la “ richiesta di aiuto “ di quest'uomo col braccio sollevato al cielo.
