Increasingly good at this sort Franco, starting as early as fair value brecketing during shooting and then the PP.
Been very pleasant and nothing artificial. Beautiful place and the description in caption, useful starting point for future trips!

hello luca
punctual and always welcome your passage
FAI day yesterday and I could not miss also saw the POST with whom I invited everyone to participate.
strong contrasts of light to the windows and shaded areas.
cmq I have one in single shot-not bad for the series not only HDR.
see you soon and thanks ;-)

Hello Franc!
(As you know I look at the speck in the egg of the barn where drop a box of needles ... lol ;-))
A typical situation is really very high dynamic range, then a shot really hard. A dark interior from where light reaches from very strong points rather narrow, in this case the windows. These are typical situations where something is always lost considering the basic techniques. In a classical picture here certainly would have lost a lot of detail in the shadows.
The photo is really nice! Congratulations to the ingenuity of the pose! :-)
The thing that I really like are the details of the floor and walls! Fantastic! But mhmh ... for HDR seems to me that the lights of the windows are still a bit 'too strong. Not much eh! But if I look at the larger window I see a diamond in the plot thereagainst the above, it would be nice to see well.
So point blank, however, seen in the picture that you were quite large areas of mid-tones on which expose, I would say that you should compensate the exposure of the shooting based on a couple of stops under, and then execute the shots with the same bracketing.
Or maybe the choice of bright light from the windows was just willed and chosen?
One click really not easy!
Salutiii :-)

hello george
nice compliment your
We welcome your steps ;-)

hello claudio
thanks for the careful analysis and the time you spend with my shots.
considering that between the strong sun on Sunday outside and dark inside, maybe there were 8-10 stop:-D
I used the automatic row of exposures in the car, to the maximum extent-I +2 and -2 stops.
judging post and as you point out, this is perhaps needed a manual row of exposures of 5 or maybe 7 shots to retrieve the strong light of the windows.
the light was not strong willed
fine for the future
so we are hereto learn (at least I speak for myself:-D) ;-)
hello and good day

Imagine:-D
maybe there were 10.08 stop
eh comfortable comfortable ... As I said a scene very difficult to explain! The only positive thing was the mids rather concentrated in the center, sure the column has not really helped wow!

... then we go to look for their hair lol ;-)
But it takes on!
The photo is still beautiful but in fact, as we use HDR, why not refine it at the highest level! :-) Looking hair just ...
It becomes as instructive as I find fun!
Until next time! Greetings :-)

Hehe I know! I did it to show the arrangement of the mids ... grays :-) A technique used to analyze an image, to identify areas of the mid-tones and also to boost the vision of areas of contrast -> Blacks and whites.
Learned texts by Michael Freeman :-) GREAT! Greetings!

do the pitfalls?
cmq interesting-
if you like I just entered this
[URL =] www.juzaphoto.com/galleria.php?t=405968&l=it
perhaps more 'balanced with some white to the limit on windows
(Going back there):-D

Nice picture, I think there is if there is a little 'high lights in the windows, making it more natural.
A great atmosphere well represented, only the vessel blur on the right does not convince me in the composition.

Hello Franco! I love this shot and I commend your bravery! Technically I do not get along very well, I read Michel Freeman is very good, but ... the funny friend Pietraccia goes down hard eh? :-D
Learned texts by Michael Freeman ...
There is always more to learn ... that's the beauty of the forum! ;-)

Hihihi but this is an irresistible invitation! ;-)
Are very clear with Franc recently taken on the issue HDR. In recent weeks I'm spending a lot of aspects of exposure to the study of photography, and HDR is a nice theme. For what it analyze carefully, just as I have done for other issues such as the B & W, perspective, composition, etc. ...
I am one of the classes of aspiring photographers worst there is 8-)! ;-) Because I'm also a fan of technology and information technology, it is also my job for almost 20 years ;-)
Ouch ouch ouch ...
Greetings to all

Hello Franco, the analysis of Pietraccia is flawless. With a manual exposure + would stop turned this great shot in a picture-perfect.
In any case, your interiors are always very beautiful.
All the best, stefano.
