Il cratere principale del vulcano senza nome in eruzione sull'isola di La Palma (Isole Canarie). L'eruzione è iniziata alle 14:12 UTC del 19 Settembre 2021 nell'area di Cabeza de Vaca su Montaña Rajada (Las Manchas, comune di El Paso) con una fissura di circa 200 metri sul lato occidentale del vulcano principale Cumbre Vieja. Quasi 6000 persone sono state evacuate nel presente, e quasi 170 case distrutte sotto i fiumi di magma. Il punto di vista di questo scatto è da Plaza de la Iglesia a Tajuya. Il cratere dista 20 minuti d'auto da casa mia, ma i punti di accesso all'area sono ovviamente bloccati. Foto spettacolari di tutta l'eruzione sono state pubblicate dai fotografi ufficiali del Cabildo e delle testate giornalistiche con pass speciali per accedere alle aree a rischio.
