at 10mm, 10 sec f/22.0, ISO 100, tripod.

I like colors, silkiness and composition.
The very closed diaphragm (diffraction) affected the sharpness.
I recommend buying the missing screw filter or evaluating a serious haida-lee plate system.

Locality?

Thank you very much, in a few lines you gave me more to think about than in the last 5 days of shots. Locality, Pietra Ligure. As for the missing filters I really think to buy them. And that I use little the 10-20 if not for landscapes. The question of the diaphragm I did not understand much but I want to document. So by eye what diaphragm to offender had to use? Thanks again.

Usually f.8-9, forcing a pelino max f.13 in order to increase the depth of field and slightly lengthen the shutter speed because the task of lengthening the time will be borne by the ND and / or NDG glasses applied.
Closing to death the diaphragm is lost in terms of sharpness and the trend is gradual
