Pescasseroli, 16.8.2021. Stanno nascoste nel bosco rimanendo lungo la statale. Tu non le vedi ma quando sentono il rumore di una auto, che magari rallenta pure e si ferma, sbucano fuori e ti vengono incontro in quanto hanno mentalizzato che ci sarà probabile cibo. Pessima abitudine questa dei turisti, sanzionabile con 600 € se ti pesca la guardia del Parco, perché le volpi, soprattutto le nuove nate, perdono o non acquisiscono la capacità di cacciare. Quando da settembre in poi, i turisti spariscono, alcune muoiono di fame o vengono travolte dai veicoli in transito sulla carreggiata. Io e il mio amico Maurizio, durante l'escursione fotografica, ci siamo imbattuti in un imbecille che, per far divertire il figlio, si era portato un bustone di pane spezzettato che dava alla volpi radunandone intorno a sé ben quattro. Alle nostre rimostranze ci ha risposto sgarbatamente di farci i fatti nostri nostri in quanto, a suo dire, non solo non arrecava alcun danno agli animali ma li nutriva pure gratis! Si sarebbe meritato una segnalazione agli agenti forestali ...
