Per come la vedo io ci stanno entrambe, sono due "sfumature" diverse ma che non alterano il mood o l'eleganza dello scatto.
Così è più leggibile, ma prima non mi avrebbe turbato. In ogni caso in queste situazioni conta il sentire di chi ha fotografato, quindi appoggio la decisione di pubblicare questa, se la trovi più rispondente a quel che vuoi comunicare.
