il villaggio di Zongla (3.960 m) si trova a circa 30 km da Padum, che è il villaggio di riferimento dello Zanska- davvero fuori "dal mondo" ai piedi di montagne striate e colorate - piccoli campi che usufruiscono dell'acqua di scolo dei ghiacciai pensili delle alte montagne - qui la vita è quasi quello di un secolo fa- unica differenza che arriva una pista carrozzabile - un monastero posto su una altura domina la vallata e i piccoli campi coltivati -
