dal valico del Gelt (2.730 m) si domina la conca glaciale dove è incastonato tra rocce di antico ghiacciaio il lago Gelt- da Valbondione per arrivare quassù e poi tornare magari dalla Caronella bisogna percorrere 29 km con un dislivello superiore ai 1.850 m, su percorso in parte roccioso e disagevole - la zona è selvaggia e spettacolare, dominata dal Diavolo di Malgina (la punta al centro in ombra) questo lago inizia a ghiacciare a novembre e quest'anno (in particolare) al 23 luglio ospita al centro ancora un "iceberg" -da dietro emerge il pizzo Coca - Alpi Orobie -
