Quando la nitidezza è un po' carente, eviterei i crop, dato che i difetti si moltiplicano, infatti oltre ad evidenziare la mancanza di dettaglio anche il rumore subentra a peggiorare l'immagine.
Osservando la foto intera, pur se questa non è tagliente riprende il soggetto nel suo ambiente rendendosi più gradevole all'osservatore.
L'uso di un cavalletto sarebbe sempre opportuno.
