Costruita nel 1893 sul luogo ove dall'età medievale esisteva l'olmo della Comunità o Olmo di San Francesco. Durante gli anni '30 del XX secolo uno squilibrato ha asportato e divelto la pigna ed il piatto superiore sempre di pietra. Rappresenta il centro "geografico" di San Leo ed il punto di riferimento per ogni leontino.
