[QUOTAS] The photo from a technical point of view was a real disaster
Disappointment.
I would usually keep them in the personal archive as mistakes not to be redone, since you learn a lot from them. What bothers us and therefore the opinion is more than personal, is that you had to do on it also an additional cardboard-style processing (I do not know how to define it) that completely ruined the face. Totally the opposite of the others that you have published and that rightly enhance the beauty of the model.

Beyond the artistic and subjective licenses, I had pointed out the technique, without comparison.
With photoshop you went further, free to do and say how you want between emotions and sensitivity.

freedom is the most expensive thing we have, photoshop is an exceptional program for the correction of photographs but it is also a very powerful means of expression that can go beyond the photo I would say on the borders with painting; in fact the same painting that we do not hide it is universally considered art with a capital A, for years it has abandoned palette and brushes .....
a single example among the many Andy Warhol in the early 60s with the portrait of Marilyn, if he had photoshop available who knows what he would have created...

the skilled photographer does not always take good photos, but hides the insignificant ones

We are surrounded by insignificant characters that unfortunately we cannot discard.
