Gusto puramente personale naturalmente ;-)

Hello Eru very beautiful, scurirei a hair on the first floor to make it even more the idea of ??fog. Purely personal taste of course ;-)

perhaps a little too saturated on the first floor, but the scenery behind is really surreal, seems to rise from nowhere.

I really like the atmosphere ... for the composition, I would greatly decentralized left (of course if possible) using the diagonal of the field to lead the eye to the mountain.

I do not understand the use of double exposure, this was a photo taken only and exclusively for the atmosphere "foggy" which was wrapped around the mountain, if I wanted a higher contrast was enough to increase it with a touch of the curve, but I would have undermined the atmosphere instead wanted to keep. This is the classic picture with low contrast and dynamic range very little, I mean a diagram all merged in the center with large gaps in dex and left (some of which I filled), a double exposure would not have added anything to me.
However, we are talking about a subject photographed at a great distance 200 mm, with fog / mist I even surprised by the classical definition of the Nikon 70 200 vr2, humanly could never be defined at that distance, you see a distinction between the angel on the spire . I also took the trouble to go to Google Maps and see that we are talking about 3 km as the crow flies .......

Ciao, Alberto.

Eru agree with you: this is a picture with low contrast and shall remain as such, we are too used to it, in the digital age, to push the contrast curves, but you often end up on the other side. Here, however, the atmosphere is wonderful "ethereal" surrounding Mont Saint Michel, which seems to float on a cloud of steam ...
I would also have reduced the brightness of the grass in the foreground to emphasize more the second floor.

Hello, Alberto.

Molto fantasy !
Bravo ERU

Very fantasy!
Why change curves and contrasts when the result of the photo is the one you want already??

Davvero bellissima, anzi favolosa!!

Really beautiful, indeed fabulous! Yes saturation of the grass in the foreground is perhaps a little too much pushing and contrasts with the soft and delicate colors of the Mont Saint Michel ... but details ...
Congratulations (to the wonderful lens used) ;-)

Imho the result is so good in terms of exposure ... accurately reflects the atmosphere that you wanted to portray and how you appeared before this morning. Composition would have been nice to have a shot decentralized as suggested Volpy Ste ;-)

Also I think it's too obvious the PP on the first floor for the rest of beautiful, hello Max

Look at here PP cen'è very little, using the zoom to 200 plans are crushed in reality as seen on google maps the distance between the foreground and the last one is over 2 km and it was a situation of that particular light, mist and fog on the bottom, light and illuminated by the first light of morning on the first floor but I have not acted with saturation if not for the color to the original level as always shot with saturation -1 or -2, and ditto for the contrast.

On decentralize the mountain are not very well for two reasons, one practical (in dex and I left fences and sheep shed non-aesthetic) an aesthetic, so symmetrical shape of the monastery I think lends itself to a symmetrical components is a perfect triangle that rises out of the mists. In the other photo with wide angle plus the problem of severe distortion that would result in a shift (not in this case though)

Veramente bellissima..atmosfera pazzesca!!!

Ancora complimenti..scatto magistrale!

Really beautiful .. crazy atmosphere! Do not change a thing except remove the two conspicuous spots (on the sensor or lens I do not know) that you can easily tour clone though ;)

Congratulations again .. click masterful!

E.

Great pictures ... maybe, just maybe try a pano cut that lends itself both to highlight the mountain, is to remove some of the foreground and a little bit of heaven that add nothing to the photo
