Città di Comacchio. Architettura del Settecentesco che presenta una facciata neoclassica con un timpano sorretto da quattro grandi colonne e due campaniletti laterali. Concepito come tempio della salute, luogo a carattere "sacro" eretto su impulso di Papa Clemente XIV per aiutare la "sofferente umanità" – così si legge nella lapide affissa sulla porta dell'ingresso principale – "affinché la povertà e l'abbandono non siano di ostacolo al raggiungimento della salute". La struttura rimase in attività come ospedale sino alla fine degli anni settanta del secolo scorso, oggi è sede del Museo Delta Antico.
