In general however in a dark situation like in this photo you are obliged to take at least two shots, one to properly expose the landscape (so longer and/or ISO times higher on base) and the other for the moon which is much brighter and also moves quickly for a telephoto lens (so much faster times and low ISOs).
The two shots you can then merge them into posts (there are several ways).
In this shot I just melted the elements but without moving anything at will as often do others.

In generale comunque in una situazione di buio come in questa foto sei obbligato a realizzare minimo due scatti, uno per esporre correttamente il paesaggio (quindi tempi lunghi e/o ISO più alti in base) e l'altro per la luna che è molto più luminosa e si muove anche velocemente per un teleobiettivo (quindi tempi molto più rapidi e ISO bassi).
I due scatti li puoi unire poi in post (ci sono diversi modi).
In questo scatto ho solo fuso gli elementi ma senza spostare niente a piacimento come spesso fanno altri.
