, 1/250 f/7.1, ISO 400, hand held.

Shooting as always is a fairy tale. Maybe and I say maybe with artificial light it could have been better to carve itself as a diffusion, maybe with a speaker that can give you a bounce brightness like the Lumiquest Poket LQ 871D

Carlo, Emi, Pier, Gandino and Giordano thank you very much!
"Maybe and I say maybe with artificial light it could have been better to be carousel as a diffusion, maybe with a speaker that can give you a bounce brightness like the Lumiquest Poket LQ 871D"
Pier I usually go with the intention of photographing them in natural light but on Sunday there was really too much wind and it was not possible so I had to use the flash at 1/64 of power, to lighten and freeze the subject, with the diffuser created by me for the most pushed macros and honestly it does not seem to me that it has been so invasive in this image, apart from maybe some reflection on the end of the wings, but maybe you see something that I do not see so I ask you if you can enlighten me, also because on this type of photo you certainly have a lot to teach me and I am always ready to learn ;-)

Great nice snarl shot, I don't even mind the light that perfectly highlights the smallest details, bravo!

but maybe you see something that I don't see so I ask you if you can enlighten me

I'm just personal opinions, to a par photographer I can't teach anything, first I have everything to learn.
I think, but of course mine are just impressions so I could easily go wrong. I see a reflection on the perche which could be more attenuated while the wing mosaics generally turn out to be black in addition precisely the different diffusion has left in my opinion a final part of the same wings a little less exposed, in fact they appear slightly darker. I repeat, this is my impression that nothing detracts from the great work of fs done considering also an enemy like the wind and those long antennas did not fool you. I hope you always want to consider me among friends. :-)
