Dopo molti giorni di brutto tempo finalmente stasera sono riucita a catturare la cometa PANSTARRS! Un'uscita veloce appena arrivata dal lavoro, nei campi presso casa, solo con cavalletto, teleobiettivo e binocolo. Verso le 19:15 la cometa si individuava già al binocolo, poco più tardi anche ad occhio nudo. Non è di certo una grande cometa, ma è sempre una cometa e come tutti gli astri chiomati ha il suo fascino e il riuscire a scorgerla è stato un piccolo momento di gioia! Questo è uno scatto singolo, ma ho fatto anche delle sequenze da mediare, sempre su cavalletto fisso. Teleobiettivo Canon EF 100-300mm f/4.5-5.6 USM a 160 mm

Ottimo scatto Kiara! qui da me purtroppo il maltempo sembra non mollare e ancora della cometa nessuna traccia...speriamo nel weekend dove metterebbe sereno....però la facevo piu bassa sull orizzonte, se è così alta probabilmente non ho nemmeno bisogno di spostarmi da casa MrGreen

Si, è abbastanza alta per riprenderla e vederla con calma. Questa foto è stata scattata verso le 7:15, la cometa tramontava poco prima delle 20. Il trucco è appostarsi un po' dopo il tramonto e inziare a cercarla subito dopo. Spero di fare qualcos'altro stasera, magari con il telescopio.
