at 16mm, 1/400 f/5.6, ISO 2000, hand held.

Dear Loris, having visited and knew Assisi well, the hermitage, Santa Maria degli Angeli, I did not know this place.
Thane for having made me part of a beautiful story that concerns life and the various places where St. Francis lived and/or passed.
I love these medieval places, their traditions and customs.
Now I just hope that soon we can visit or revisit all the places of our wonderful Italy.
A dear greeting.
Franc

I am honored by your positive comments and compliments, Italy is the "Beautiful Country" and we all know why, every small country has its own history that many of us do not know, as I saw a very important place like the Sanctuary of Verna despite being one of the most important in the life of St. Francis was not aware of you that is why I like to make these photographic stories, to give everyone the opportunity to learn about these wonders that we have at hand.
I thank you again for your visit with the hope of having given you the imput to spend your meditation at the sanctuary, but remember the continuous story we are only at the first part ;-)
A very dear greeting Loris :-)

Beautiful photo and truly complete your "work" of presenting a place that definitely deserves.
Photographically I am inspired by a black and white and clean version in pp from that sign prohibiting dogs, which present in reality disturbs perhaps in the shot.
A greeting
Andrea
