Really pleasant image, the Cathedral of Siena is a real wonder, inside and out and you played it very well in your shot, classic but appropriate composition, beautiful lights and how you handled them, the sharpness is good but not great, I guess for a remarkable noise reduction that you had to apply cause ISO 8000 and maybe even for 1/15, so I would say it is still a great result.
