Grazie del commento... mi sembrerebbe molto strano si trattasse di questa specie anche per la zona dove ho fotografato l'uccello (costa toscana)... con il mio amico, dopo attente ricerche siamo arrivati alla conclusione di trovarsi in presenza del falco di palude o del nibbio bruno... la coda racchiusa in volo farebbe propendere per il falco mentre la livrea per il nibbio... nessun altro se la "sente" di azzardare un'ipotesi?

"è una di quelle foto che non permette un'identificazione sicura al 100%. La punta dell'ala sembrerebbe quella dell'Aquila anatraia minore"
