Sony RX10 M3 Dopo circa un'ora di faticoso cammino nella fitta e scoscesa giungla, preceduti da alcuni ranger, ai quali era stata comunicata la posizione della famiglia di gorilla assegnata al nostro piccolo gruppo dai colleghi in avanscoperta verso il luogo di avvistamento della sera precedente, ci troviamo al cospetto di un gruppo di questi magnifici animali, dalle espressioni e comportamenti a volte quasi umani. Ci sono cuccioli, giovani e femmine adulte, per nulla intimoriti da noi, tanto che i ranger ci hanno raccomandato di non dare confidenza agli esemplari più intraprendenti per non suscitare eventuali rezioni protettive del maschio dominante, il quale si è palesato dopo un po' con la sua imponente mole, ma fortunatamente senza intenzioni bellicose, anzi a volte quasi atteggiandosi a modello. Una sola ora in loro compagnia passata in un baleno, cecando di ammirarli e fotografarli, pur con le difficoltà che si hanno in mezzo ad una fitta foresta fangosa e ripida . Una esperienza bellissima che mi ritengo molto fortunato di aver potuto fare.
