I really like the subject and it goes very well with the threatening clouds and gloomy atmosphere. On the other hand, I find post-production excessive, with noise and halos (especially around the tralicci). I don't really like even the pretty messy close-up.
Althoy you don't know the place, you might have tried to shoot through the widest focal railing, eliminating the current close-up altogether. I would also try to stay lighter with post production.

Pur non conoscendo il luogo, ad occhio forse si poteva provare a scattare attraverso la ringhiera a focale più grandangolare, eliminando del tutto il primo piano attuale. Cercherei anche di stare più leggero con la post produzione.
