No Antonio is not allowed, I do not know how that could happen, I found this photo on the memory card ..... will have been accidental or inadvertent clicks :-)

Ciao, Antonio.

P.S.: Se non l'hai già fatto, guarda la tua mail.

Well, to be an accidental shooting seems well made. Imagine if I did that with all the intention ...!
Hello, Antonio.

PS: If you have not already done so, look at your mail.

In the area allowed to the public, without the use of the railway staff - rolling stock, use of flash and tripod you can take pictures without permission. This reads the 90 REM or the 'last provision adopted by FS .. Now some say that is no longer valid because the free market have created various bodies or the Sub 'Infrast. that FS is now called RFI, Trenitalia, Trenord, etc. etc. c .. The fact is that for someone still holds the Royal Decree prohibiting the photos in the stations .. Although REM 90 was precisely the exit in order to eviatre trouble rspettando the rules above .. So if someone tells you can not you take a picture and ask why no one will know 'say .. They will say all that has been said so from 'High .. Certainly not because they are framed only people goes precisely in the Privacy Policy ..

Grazie Albyfoto,

Ciao

Thanks Albyfoto,
I know and I always carry with me the circular ... but does not do anything, do not want it to respect it!

The main rule to be able to take a picture of a train is common sense, discretion and respect for those who work on the railways. :-)

In any case, today we are helped at the station by the amount of tourists and travelers with a camera around your neck or in your hand, often go a photo stations in large and crowded, it would be impossible for the authorities to block all and then the fan is mixed between the crowd!
