Foret sacrée de Kadioute (Casamance - Senegal) Gli alberi di Kapokier (Ceiba pentandra) sono abbastanza diffusi in Africa occidentale, ma le dimensioni e lo sviluppo dei contrafforti laterali degli esemplari della Casamance (regione sud del Senegal) sono unici al mondo.
