The gentleman who is next to the Bee lived in the house by his side as a child, moved to Anghiari and bought back his birthplace by renovating it (note how carefully the small village is kept), while his sister is part of the only family that resides permanently all year round in the small village. The rest of the houses are second homes or holiday homes, a place of peace and beauty.
