Forse è il contrario, dovevi abbassare gli iso se era sovraesposta, e invece hai chiuso molto il diaframma, hai fatto un mezzo casino.
Piccoli consigli,
impara ad usare e scegliere la lettura di esposizione (matrix, spot o media),
imposta il bilanciamento del bianco col tasto WB (automatico di solito non è male).
Imposta gli iso con il tasto e la rotella.
Poi lavora in A ( apertura diaframma) che è la modalità più creativa che permette il più o mano sfocato, e regoli il valore con la rotella.
il tempo di scatto più opportuno lo sceglie la macchina, infatti la modalità A è semiautomatica, affidabile e semplice.
All'inizio lascia stare la modalità manuale che ti incasini!
La modalità Auto invece non dovrebbe neanche esistere!
Quando scatti vedi nel mirino il tempo che decide la macchina, se ti accorgi che è lento alza gli iso, ma non troppo (400-800-1200 ecc...).
Le basi sono queste, poi tutto il resto lo impari in autonomia.
