at 26mm, 1/50 f/11.0, ISO 100, tripod. Passo Giau, Italy.

#Montagna #HDR #Tramonto #Neve #Inverno #Winter

Thank you all for the transition and appreciation: a great pleasure! :-P
For those unfamiliar with the place, the highest mountain in the picture is the Ra Gusela with left hidden Nuvolau topped homonymous refuge "eagle's nest" and farther Averau. We are in the south-west of Cortina.
Last Sunday was a clear day and the beautiful light at sunset was still very strong and generated contrasts too pronounced; hence the choice of a hdr by two shots.
A salutone :-) ;-)

The beauty of the place combined with beautiful light make it a good shot. Personally, I would have reduced the dominant blue shadows.

I also really like the dominant blue shadows! I have one in my galleries of "Ra Gusela" very similar, but taken at dawn, where I also chose to leave the blue shadows to do justice to the temperature! ;-)

Thanks to Stefano-Pianieterni2 and Cammelo.
The dominant blue: they are generally very choosy in correcting the white balance and you look at the number of my photos winter agree. In this case, however, the contrast of hot / cold I liked too chroma level and then the dominant cold magnificently represents the fall in temperature as the sun disappears!
Greetings :-)
