Di questi tempi il meteo è ballerino e trovare condizioni ideali di scatto sull'Etna non è semplicissimo. Molto spesso si annuvola irrimediabilmente. Nonostante ciò alle volte si tenta la fortuna e si esce comunque...del resto scopo di una escursione è anche stare all'aria aperta e assaporare luoghi e atmosfere che ti rigenerano. Come accade qualche volta quando si persevera sono stato premiato: era tutto coperto e non si vedeva nulla; ad un certo punto, come per magia, le nubi si squarciano proprio nel momento in cui il Sole effettuava la sua parabola discendente. Pochissimi minuti, ma sono bastati per immortalare lo spettacolo. Dopo questo gradito e inaspettato regalo si è coperto tutto di nuovo. Dalla foto non sembra, ma dietro le mie spalle stava salendo il maltempo. Giusto il tempo della strada del ritorno, di mettere lo zaino nel cofano della macchina, poi pioggia e grandine ;-D Lo scorcio ripreso ritrae una ampia porzione della Valle del Bove e, a destra, si scorge il Nuovo Cratere di Sud-Est.
