Anzitutto un dubbio tecnico: l'ISO della 500D non mi risulta essere ad 1/3 di stop, non dovrebbe essere od 800 oppure 1600?!
Per venire allo scatto: la composizione è essenziale e, vista la differenza di luminosità, avrei considerato l'ipotesi di sottoesporre così das enfatizzare il rosso in contrasto con la neve (bianca) e le rocce (nere o scure).
Il gioco della neve può essere un soggetto interessante ma, purtroppo, in questo scatto si perde in (s)favore del gioco cromatico.
Sicuramente da ritentare cercando di avvicinarti di più ed isolare maggiormente la neve sollevata dal vento.
First, a technical question: the ISO of the 500D I am not to be 1/3 stop, it should not be or 800 or 1600!
To come to the next step: the composition is essential and, given the difference in brightness, I would have considered the possibility of underexpose so das emphasize the red in contrast to the snow (white) and rocks (black or dark).
The game of snow can be an interesting subject but, unfortunately, in this shot is lost in (s) for the color scheme.

Grazie dei consigli Luke,
in modalità iso automatica la fotocamera può scegliere l'iso ad intervalli di 1/3 di stop, in questo modo ho potuto ottenere il minimo iso necessario.
Ho provato anche a sottoesporre ma poi mi sembrava che il contrasto diventasse troppo marcato.

ISO Auto mode the camera can select the ISO in 1/3 stop, so I could get the necessary minimum ISO.

Luce buona, anche l'atmosfera che hai colto con il vento che solleva la neve. A livello compositivo forse hai lasciato troppo cielo in alto. comunque bella foto.
