Mi piace l'idea della metafora del padrone e del cane che, uno a fianco dell'altro, camminano nella vita.
Unica critica che mi sento di proporre è la scelta di porre l'orizzonte a metà del fotogramma. Per mio gusto avrei provato ad abbassarmi a livello del terreno, grazie al grandangolare avrei enfatizzato l'orma ed in secondo piano (magari più da vicino) avrei posto l'uomo con il cane e, per i restanti 2/3 avrei spaziato nel cielo nuvoloso (tra l'altro molto bello).
Posso capire la scelta di porre attenzione alla diagonale creata dal mare per enfatizzare la profondità, però (secondo me) fa perdere l'elemento interessante ed unico dell'immagine: le orme + uomo con cane.

I like the idea of ??the metaphor of the master and the dog, side by side, they walk in life.
Only criticism I can offer is the decision to place the horizon in the middle of the frame. For my taste I would have tried to stoop to the level of the ground, thanks to the wide angle I emphasized the footprint and in the background (maybe closer) would place the man with the dog and for the remaining 2/3 would have ranged in the sky Cloudy (among other very nice).
I can understand the choice to pay attention to the diagonal created by the sea to emphasize the depth, but (in my opinion) is to miss the interesting and unique element of the image: in the footsteps + man with dog.
