Visto che da alcune settimane vi è una insistente, invadente… e pure irritante… pubblicità per il Black Friday atta a coinvolgere, convincere… e pure infastidire… le persone perché acquistino beni scontati… quasi mai di prima necessità… ed in qualche caso pure superflui per la vita di tutti i giorni… ho pensato di fare qualcosa che vada oltre il Black Friday e così ho chiamato Tortelli del White Saturday la mia preparazione per il pranzo odierno di mezzodì. I tortelli... così preparati... non hanno nulla di tecnologico, non necessitano della fibra e del 4... e tantomeno del 5 G ma… sono veramente saporiti per deliziare il palato… e riempire benevolmente la pancina. Trattasi di tortelli di pasta all'uovo ripieni di ricotta e spinaci conditi con un battuto misto di verdure… poi cotte (aglio, cipolla dorata, carota, sedano e pomodoro)… a cui è stata aggiunta una generosa quantità di filetto di maiale tagliato a tocchettini. La fotografia qui visibile è da considerarsi di tipo documentativo e quindi senza alcuna pretesa di essere giudicata dal punto di vista artistico.
