La Healey 2400 Elliott fu costruita in 101 esemplari dal 1946 al 1950 nello stabilimento della Donald Healey Motor Company (GB)... azienda che era stata fondata nel 1945. Era dotata di un motore con 4 cilindri in linea di 2443 cm3 che sviluppando 106 cavalli di potenza portava la vettura a superare i 168 chilometri orari di velocità massima. Tale velocità era anche raggiungibile grazie alla carrozzeria molto aerodinamica che era stata progettata dal designer inglese Benjamin Bowden.
