Ecco un'altro grande classico islandese: aurora sul monte Kirkjufell! Foto scattata a settembre di questo fantastico 2020, visto il periodo pensavo di poter avere il lusso di essere solo a scattare una foto d'aurora in questo luogo così frequentato. Ma mi sbagliavo, neanche il Covid 19 è riuscito nel miracolo di rendere monte Kirkjufell un luogo solitario durante una bella aurora boreale! ? Durante quella sera si saranno succedute una ventina di persone, molti di loro suppongo fossero lavoratori stranieri residenti in zona che hanno voluto vedere la prima bella aurora della stagione. Nonostante un gruppo di ragazze che si sono improvvisate fotografe, proiettando luci un po' ovunque nel tentativo di settare la loro camera ed il loro treppiedi e distruggendo così una serie di mie immagini, è stata una bella serata che ho passato più ad ammirare lo spettacolo che a fotografare.
