, 1/8 f/9.0, ISO 100, hand held. Roma, Italy.

No macro macro no Alessandro, I have the 12 40 pro olympus that allows you to get very close and with bracketing I can do things that I like enough, then we have in the family a 70-250 canon from a few years ago with a macro fution but leaves a little time that finds, I was tempted by 60 mm olympus, but these times do not allow me to make these types of investments and photography makes me very little and nothing Maybe I should specialize... a greeting ale

Thank you Blind!
I look at your question tend not, practically never at least that it is not orientable, but it seems to me that I had done this with a continuous light because I still did not own the wireless controller and if you do not direct the light well as it can happen, for example by bouncing it, it would be impossible to bring this effect without a black background (think here it was white). Greetings

Very pleasant this floral macro: well the light, very well the sharpness, interesting the explanatory caption: great shot!

Thank you very much, orchids are natural art often at high levels of complexity...

Despite the freehand the sharpness on the flowers is not bad at all, but personally I would have opted for a step back to avoid gluing the flower at the top to the edge.

Thank you Pigi for the compliments, your tricks are always useful.
Thanks Franco, I took advantage of the light drop quite properly ;) Nowadays these things are easily done even in post-production without too much fuss... Have a nice evening

A well-made photo to which you wanted to give a particular contrast in post, but which partly penalized it by making it look unnatural, even in terms of composition I would have seen it differently!

Thank you Dmo, I really appreciate the criticism, I didn't mind the framing, maybe a little tight, as you say maybe I exaggerated a bit with the contrast.
Good day
