Bello lo scatto, come tecnica mi sembra quello di una foto già commentata:
Il mosso dei passanti, il soggetto in movimento ma perfettamaente a fuoco
sfondo a fuoco (quindi no panning).
Ma che magia è questa è possibile sapere i dati di scatto ?

nessuna magia, è un artista di strada ed era immobile, i dati di scatto non li ricordo, comunque tempi lenti per rendere mosso i passanti

grazie a tutti per i commenti e grazie a marsupilami per aver spiegato, ma mi sembrava che fosse semplice capire che folata di vento è un titolo ironico, legato alla performace artitistica.

Decisamente utile, ricordo l'altra foto in cui il fotografo affermava di aver usato il panning e invece tutto portava a pensare il contrario.
idea carina per la foto e anche titolo ironico e simpatico!
