Vi ringrazio davvero tanto delle Vs. parole e della attenzione riservata a questo scatto.
Tranquilli, non sono un matematico, il mio approccio alle foto non è così scientifico come potrebbe apparire dal commento autorevole che mi è stato rilasciato, ma un semplice approccio avendo a mente quando scatto la regoletta compositiva dei terzi.
Ho scattato questa foto su cavalletto cercando di rispettarla già in sede di ripresa mediante i riferimenti del mirino della reflex, poi in post ho semplicemente affinato la inquadratura con l'ausilio della sovraimpressione della griglia "regola dei terzi" del programma che utilizzo, ed il gioco è fatto.
Il commento che mi è stato rilasciato, oltre ad essere stato molto gradito da parte mia, l'ho trovato interessante in quanto si estendeva anche alla sezione aurea ed alla spirale aurea, concetti non facili da assimilare e non così noti, pertanto ho ritenuto, sperando di fare cosa gradita a chi mi legge, di estenderla anche ad altri, oltre che condividere con voi la mia soddisfazione.
Il tutto viene dalla frequentazione di un noto sito di fotografia a carattere didattico in cui questo rientra nello spirito di osservazione dei lavori presentati. Purtroppo questo portale ha chiuso i battenti in questi ultimi giorni.

Come ho scritto più sopra, non sono un matematico ed il mio approccio alla fotografia è soprattutto emozionale, nel senso che mi piace riportare ciò che mi emoziona, anche a volte in modo particolare.
In questo caso il soggetto si prestava ad una composizione piuttosto precisa e sapendo di presentarla su un sito didattico, molto didattico, dove iper-attenti fotografi armati di righello, goniometro, etc sono sempre pronti a scovare il pelo nell'uovo, a farti una lezione anche per la più piccola minuzia, ho cercato di fare del mio meglio per evitare le canoniche "legnate". Chi ha scritto quella analisi è un valente fotografo esperto soprattutto in fotografia architettonica e particolari geometrici, un vero esperto di fotografia a tutto tondo.
Lieto del tuo apprezzamento che mi onora.
