Purtroppo la luce in quel momento non era delle migliori ma trovandomi di fronte ad un legno (cavo) sommerso nel bianco, particolarmente interessante, ho cercato una composizione che potesse risaltare la mole di neve presente e allo stesso tempo fosse descrittiva del magnifico paesaggio, rendendo il soggetto il protagonista dello scatto. Se avessi atteso qualche minuto in più la luce sarebbe migliorata( come si vede nell'altro scatto della Val Venegia) e avrebbe colpito le Pale.
