You're right, I focused on the crest in front on the Weisshorn and not directly on the Weisshorn. But I did that on purpose, because I wanted to have everything in focus, so I put my focus point on this crest to maximize the depth of field in focus (1/3 before the crest and 2/3 after the crest including the Weisshorn). Given the focus distance was already much bigger than the hyperfocale distance, I thought everything would come in focus. Maybe I should have just focused directly on the Weisshorn?
