La Costa di Granito Rosa è il tratto di costa più famoso della Bretagna nord-orientale: situata tra Paimpol e Trébeurden, nell'attuale dipartimento delle Côtes-d'Armor (“Coste del mare”) Le rocce della costa di granito rosa(rarità geologica) si estendono per circa 25 ettari . Si capisce dunque com'è possibile vagare anche tutto il giorno andando alla ricerca delle formazioni più buffe e particolari. Molte possiedono già un nome proprio: Cappello di Napoleone, Capanna degli Innamorati, bicchiere in bilico… ma molte altre no e stimolano l'immaginazione, anche perché lo stesso masso, visto da una diversa angolazione, assume tutto un altro aspetto. Le località più famose della Costa di Granito Rosa sono Perros-Guirec (con il celebre faro nella località di Ploumanac'h)eTrégastel . Non si può andare a Tregastel senza percorrere il sentiero della penisola di Renote Dal parcheggio delle auto inizia il sentiero tutto pianeggiante che fa il giro della penisola. Rocce immense arrotondate dal vento e dall'acqua con ampio panorama sull'arcipelago delle Sept-iles a nord e la costa di Ploumanac'h a est.
