@gios esatto è la diga del Moncenisio che nel 206 è stata svuotata per manutenzione.. è un'evento raro che capita ogni 15/20 anni e ho avuto la fortuna di poter fotografare in condizioni climatiche davvero particolari, probabilmente la mia esperienza fotografica più bella fino ad ora.
