I used a Xiaomi "Yi 4k Plus" that I have for a couple of years and I feel very good.
From the photos you can not expect who knows what of course, has no RAW, and underwater everything turns blue and you have to balance the whites well in the post. but for videos it's really monstrous for my taste.
Record in 4k but I use it at 2.7k at 60 fps (file that I find very comfortable, because not too big but not even as small as the full hd).
