La Torre di Mezzavia di Frascati , sorge sul lato dx della via Tuscolana al Km. 11.400 dopo il bivio con via Anagnina ( l'antica via Latina ) . L' importanza della Torre è data dalla posizione a cavallo fra due strade molto sfruttate nel Medioevo . Questa fù eretta nel XIII sec. sulle rovine di una villa Suburbana di età Imperiale ( I -II sec. DC. ) , di questa resta visibile la cisterna .
