to my humble opinion,given the distance but especially the not particularly photogenic background..., it would have been useful to try to slightly open the diaphragm (6.3/7,1) to try to further blur the same background ;-)

soggetto con tutto il corpo parallelo al sensore e con la chicca della goccia d'acqua
a mio modesto avviso ,visto la distanza ma soprattutto lo sfondo non particolarmente fotogenico..., sarebbe stato utile provare ad aprire leggermente il diaframma (6,3/7,1) per provare a sfocare ulteriormente lo stesso sfondo
