guarda meglio ale, il colore delle zampe, la forma ed il colore del becco, le ali sono nere a sfumare verso l'interno, si assomigliano ma non sono uguali, il larus atricilla è abbastanza raro

E' vero che di solito nell'identificazione sono una frana, ma stando alle mie capacità di lettura
dello Svensson il gabbiano sghignazzante dovrebbe avere la nuca scura e il sotto-primarie scuro.
Qui è difficile capire bene le tonalità, un po' per la posa, un po' per la tonalità globale calda e i forti contrasti...
L'ideale sarebbe che Juza presentasse eventuali altre immagini della sequenza, ammesso che ce le abbia, dove fossero più evidenti dorso e sotto-becco.

Ciao Prof, non serve altro, l'ho chiesto (facendomi deridere non poco, vista l'ovvietà e l'assoluta semplicità del riconoscimento) al massimo esperto che conosco (e per esperto intendo dire uno che "al volo" riconosce quasi tutti gli uccelli del mondo!, uno che oltre ad essere birder è anche inanellatore, fa i censimenti dei volatili per la Provincia, disegna le tavole per i libri dedicati ai birder ecc...  )

E' un Gabbiano comune adulto. Lo Sghignazzante ha le primarie scure, questo invece (il comune) le ha bianche. Da questa foto, direi che sia impossibile confonderli
