Simoenomis, se rispondi come hai risposto a Gtabbi, si è portati più a commentare i tuoi commenti di quanto non ci si senta motivati a commentare le tue foto. 
Ciò premesso, lo scatto in oggetto non è più, a mio parere, una foto. D'accordo sulla post-produzione (ne faccio largo uso) ma su questa foto si è andati davvero oltre per questa sezione del forum (in altre forse sarebbe stata più adatta).
La foto sarebbe anche ben composta ma lo sfocato finto, la trasformazione di ciò che potrebbe essere nitido in un finto-dipinto e l'aggiunta del resto la fanno sembrare (sempre a mio parere) un semplice esercizio di post-produzione: sicuramente riuscito per ciò che desideravi ottenere, ma... non dispiacerti se a qualcuno potrà non piacere (e non solo perchè quel qualcuno non capisce qualcosa).

That said, the shot in question is no longer, in my opinion, a picture. Agree on post-production (I make extensive use), but on this picture it has gone really well for this section of the forum (in other perhaps would be better suited).
The photo would also be well composed, but the fuzzy fake, the transformation of what might be sharp in a faux-painting and adding the rest make it seem (again in my opinion) a simple exercise in post-production: certainly failed to get what you wanted, but ... do not be sorry if someone will not like it (and not just because that person does not understand something).

Subject framing and composition very beautiful ... too much post production turns a nice picture into something that can strictly personal pleasure like no .. personally do not like the photos loaded with so much pp ... I agree with _Richard.
plus an HDR of a portrait in my opinion is excessive does not make sense ... I can understand the landscape on a portrait but it makes no sense
